## What is Ble Writer?

"BLE Writer"は、BLEのCustom Characteristicsを持つペリフェラルに任意のメッセージを書き込むことができます。
"BLE Writer"を使用する際は、"Write"ができるCustomServiceのペリフェラル BLE(Bluetooth LE) デバイスが必要です。
これらのBLEデバイスはM5 StackやESP32などを使ってArduino 開発環境で簡単に作成することができます。
特徴として、過去に送ったメッセージをすぐ再送できるので、デバッグの際などに便利です。
