Sorta done with it. Can’t ever watch the clips on twitter anymore because it just redirects you to try and force you to download X. The dumb banner across the top that I cannot turn off. Now it is a shadow of what it once was with horrible loading times and live scoring delayed . It’s just not as good as it was in 2017 wish they’d go back ### 1/5 — Editors and writers make to many mistakes / The update is unusable. *2026-07-26, version 11.6* Bleacher Report has come to be known for frequently writing articles with factual errors and typos. It’s quite embarrassing for the site as a whole to allow this many errors. Are there even editors anymore? Also, the fan communities have been ruined by trolls from other teams. The Bleacher Report fan communities just attract the worst sport fans. It’d be nice to have fan communities cleaned up to only be that fan base. Used to really enjoy this app but just like ESPN it has gone downhill. Post update review: Just go back to the previous version. I tried but it’s unusable. Will give it sometime to see if they go back but if not I’m done. Scroll through the reviews and listen to your users instead of giving the copy/paste response you have everyone else. 2nd Post Update Review: This app has been in a steady decline for quite some time. After over a decade of use, I have decided to discontinue using it. It is clear that B/R is not addressing user concerns, as evidenced by their refusal to revert to the previous version of the app and their repetitive, generic responses to feedback. They are far superior and a glimmer of what this app used to be. ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-08-27, version 11.8* I’ve had this app since it first came out. It’s been on every smart phone I’ve ever owned. When it first came out it was perfect, it was curated to your specific interest ONLY allowed open communication with fellow sports fans. But then the company started taking more and more money from the wrong people who now have a strangle hold on the app. Most speech is now censored, no more tagging friends in posts and then receiving a notification. Women’s sports or forced down your throat. This app has turned into the exact opposite app that all its users originally downloaded. It’s been a very similar fall to ESPN/ Sports center. It’s pathetic and sad, every higher up at this company deserves to be fired and unemployed long enough they’re forced to file bankruptcy. ### 1/5 — Massive Downgrade *2026-08-19, version 11.7* Have been a supporter and devoted user of this platform since it began as Team Stream but unfortunately since the new update the user interaction has been horrendous. Had the original Bleacher Report App for over a decade and would get all of my team news and updates from there until I was forced to update to this new application. This is massive downgrade in my opinion for what used to be an easy and enjoyable way to follow sports and support your team has become frustrating and unusable. The amount of advertising is super excessive and it constantly gets in the way of viewing any of the content and makes it hard to read any articles and almost impossible to follow the article itself. The new design makes it feel cluttered, slow, and overly focused on serving ads rather than providing a user experience. I understand that advertising is necessary in order for a business to succeed but this is unbearable. I ended up deleting the app for a while hoping that these would get cleaned up after some feedback from people but I just tried it again and it is still impossible to connect with anything but ads on the platform anymore.
