Unlike the standard bleep test where you turn around after 15 meters, the treadmill version has been specially crafted to display the correct speed you need to run at for each level. This means that the speed will steadily increase as the test progresses. For example, the requirement for police officer candidates in England and Wales is to reach level 5.4 (i.e. level 5, four beeps). The total running time for this is about 3 minutes and 40 seconds. Useless and requested a refund. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2022-05-21* Tried it multiple times and it does nothing when I press start ### 3/5 — No option to add more than one profile *2019-05-11* So bought this to assist a colleague with his test and hopefully the results over the coming week will prove this to be a reliable and helpful app. Would like to see the option of adding profiles to the 15m treadmill app as I would like to increase my level. If this was added would get more stars. It would be great if my music didn't turn off when I start the test. ### 5/5 — Good app *2015-12-08* I tried this app again, I previously gave 2 stars as I was doing in MPH & treadmill uses KPH, I didn't realise that i could change from MPH to KPH on phone, I was running like the wind this time, defo going to get me up to speed for my annual fitness test ☺️ ### 5/5 — Fairly accurate *2014-09-16* I raise the incline to 3% and find I start tiring at roughly the same time as I do when I do the real bleep test, so I do find it fairly accurate. Obviously it doesn't replicate the slowing down and speeding up of the turns. I do this bleep test as the warm up prior to my workout and it gives me the confidence that I know I can pass it easily when the time comes for my annual fitness test. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2013-11-07* Can only be used visually. This app needs voice informing the runner which level they are at.
