There are no customisation options at all, you’re stuck as John Appleseed and the statistics are basically useless. The pace is too quick. I wanted the same test as the JRFT ### 2/5 — Not the standard police bleep test. *2025-01-31* I have been using this app to train to pass the bleep test for an application to join the police. Thought I was smashing it until I did a practice run using the actual machine that I will be running to in a week’s time for my fitness test. The time between beeps on this app are too long and it gives you a small rest between levels. As I found today the real test doesn’t do this.
