Except after you pay you STILL can narrow radius, the filters are lame and non existent, and you can only see a few people who liked you, and THEN you have to pay to view more, not to mention most accounts are false and scams. To filter to just your area is behind a paywall, expensive at that. I did it anyway just to see what would happen...NOTHING. I purchased premium and I still do not have access to any filters. Plus, you only see the same 5 people each time. I might as well have just stayed on the free version.
