Today the app reminded me to use my award points. I tried. They never “took.” Turns out while I was in the app trying to use my points Bleusalt sent me 3 emails which I did not see because I was on the app as directed. That was 1000 points (worth who knows what) that are the same as or different from the dollar value awards also I could not use. You need to do 3 things - fix this user-unfriendly app, credit the order I just placed for whatever those 1000 points are worth, and re-design your award system so it is much easier to understand and works with the app as opposed to fighting it as it does now. ### 1/5 — 1yard wrap and scarf *2023-10-22, version 3.6* I am totally confused! I want the 1 yard wrap in camel and am supposed to get the scarf free! I placed my order and this is what I better get! After I placed it which was supposed to be $60.00 something and then it tells me $90.00 something. The second time it had no place to put XOSCARF. If I get overcharged you are getting the entire order back and I will never look at anything on your site again.
