The Priming Tools App provides a succinct and manageable platform that will keep you focused on developing the core behavioral skills you need to lead and move agendas.

Whether trying to persuade stakeholders, negotiate change, lead for innovation, coach and give feedback, the BLG Priming Tools App provides quick and accessible learning tools and offers instant reminders of the behavioral skills you need to apply to achieve results. 
 
The BLG Priming Tools App was developed by Samuel Bacharach, McKelvey-Grant Professor at Cornell University and cofounder of BLG, and Yael Bacharach, an experienced executive coach, licensed psychotherapist, and head of training at BLG.
