We told them we have a non-typical network but have a dedicated 2.4ghz network for IoT and after 12 hours have given up trying to connect our 16 windows. Got the entire downstairs connected then the app bugged out and lost all of our connections. We had to start over. Went upstairs and same thing happened. App constantly crashes. Lleva dos dias así, y por tanto no podemos cerrar ni abrir ninguna ventana de forma inalámbrica.
