### 1/5 — App is ridiculous

*2026-05-31*

App doesn’t work at all, no delivery notifications causing me to miss packages ! Which are now lost and the concierge are no help !

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2026-05-25*

There was no need to create this app. It does not even have gym opening times on it. What makes it worse is that they straight away disabled the old app with all the information. Terrible implementation with zero thinking behind it.

### 1/5 — V1 was bad, but V2 makes me miss it

*2026-05-24*

It’s a nice visual upgrade, but the rest is a disaster. We own two flats in two estates and there are no visual indicators of any sort to show which estate an announcement is about. The default settings result in a bombardment of useless notifications about marketplace items. Overall not good. I hope we didn’t pay for this.

### 1/5 — Keeping loading and silently fails

*2026-05-21*

You didn’t have to build a new app when the last app was just working fine.

### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose

*2026-05-20, version 1.44*

B.life v1 was so much better

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-05-20*

I do not understand what’s different besides the new skin and a useless chat feature.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-05-13*

Can’t register. Instead of investing in proper security or the things that break every week they invest in this nonsense.

### 1/5 — Another useless upgrade

*2026-05-09*

I see no reason to force residents onto another app that works worse than the previous one. It feels like a complete waste of money.

### 1/5 — Light mode needed

*2026-05-08*

Terrible UI. Hard to navigate and not friendly for people with visual impairments

### 1/5 — A down grade from the original

*2026-04-24*

They have just used ai to make a terrible app

### 1/5 — Pointless update

*2026-04-24*

Unnecessary new V2 with no real practical features to benefit the residence and the community Old app just needed and update

### 1/5 — Issues with login

*2026-04-23*

Why could the original b.life app not be updated, it seems unnecessary to create a whole new application? When I try to login, it results in invalid password. I am absolutely sure my password is correct. When using the forgot password feature the HTML email does not render correctly and needs to be viewed in browser.

### 1/5 — No iPad version

*2026-04-22, version 1.43*

Poor navigation and design

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Counter-intuitive UI

*2026-07-26*

Everything has become difficult to find. Instead of creating this app, maybe you should focus the effort on stabilising your hot water supply…

### 1/5 — It’s a bit messy, but other than that I hate it

*2026-07-19, version 1.45*

Has a nice UI but feels a lot messier than the last app, the gym opening hours is in a different tab than the gym classes and like everyone else said the groups have moved to chats and you get spammed with notifications, I had to turn all of them off.

Also, now with the new app you have to use the QR code to register your entry at the gym which is a complete waste of time because it’s like a 3 step process; you have to tap sign in, then tap on continue and only then you can scan the qr code, it takes so long that there’s a queue in the evenings, it’s insane

### 1/5 — Market place notifications

*2026-06-24*

Allow people to respond privately to market place posts. There’s a lot of personal info in the chats that everyone can see

### 1/5 — What a disaster

*2026-06-20*

Nothing in the app works. Bookings and invoicing functionalities are broken, unnecessary redirection to payment system. Navigation is poorly designed.

I hope you can get refund from the developer.

### 1/5 — Absolutely awful

*2026-06-18*

This app is awful. So hard to navigate you just end up giving up finding anything. Why you just forced everyone to have this new app if old one worked just fine??! Where do I find number to concierge or do key release? The most important features are made the hardest to find. The worst app I have ever had.

### 1/5 — Wtf is this

*2026-06-18, version 1.45*

You guys got ripped off so hard. What is the rubbish app? Why not just update the original? Nice AI images. This new app does 0 improvements. Like everyone else says what a waste of

### 1/5 — Broken functionality

*2026-06-18*

Payment is broken! V1 was working fine.

### 1/5 — Failed upgrade

*2026-06-17*

The only reason I’m here commenting is baml stopped the old version and the new one is totoally a disaster.
The new design hid all essential personal features just trying to promoting useless announcements. I am using this app as I wanna get my parcels, book facilities and these have been designed to nowhere…

### 1/5 — Pathetic

*2026-06-13*

The app doesn't work. The earlier app was better

### 1/5 — Poorly App

*2026-06-12*

Since the migration to the new V2 app, my account information has mysteriously disappeared. I can still log in normally, but my property is no longer linked to my account, which has caused multiple issues.

On top of that, the post room service has been replaced by self-service parcel lockers with no staff support. Because of the app issues, I am unable to receive parcel notifications or access collection information, leaving my packages effectively unreachable.

The front desk has been unable to help and simply directed me to contact customer support. With the weekend approaching, this means I may be left without access to my parcels for several days.

It is extremely frustrating to see residents paying such high service charges while the management introduces a new app that appears poorly implemented and creates more problems than solutions. Instead of improving the resident experience, it has made basic services less reliable and less accessible.

Very disappointing experience with Ballymore.

### 2/5 — Drowning in notifications

*2026-04-23*

The visual update is nice but migrating groups to chats has created a tonne of notifications which aren’t stopping when toggled off in settings. It doesn’t feel necessary to have a notification for every post and reply in a Marketplace group and it’s drowning out all other functions in the app.

I’d typically report this to customer support first but can’t find a link to any help in the app at all.
