### 1/5 — So confused

*2020-08-28, version 1.20*

Customer journey needs greater thought. I’ve tried 8 or 9 times to login and cannot.

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2020-05-26, version 1.15*

Unmoderated and has now basically turned into a market place for people to get rid of their unwanted/ questionably obtained stuff. Impossible to navigate and don’t get me started on notifications. Why isn’t there a zero option?

### 1/5 — Enquiries management is too poor

*2019-12-11, version 1.10*

Conversation is not clear and easy to read, also enquiries don’t have a title but are listed by their type and can’t be closed by the user. So now I have 5 open requests, two are fulfilled but still open, all of them appear the same. I have to go by trial and error to navigate them.

### 1/5 — How to register???

*2019-12-09, version 1.9*

How on earth am I supposed to sign in if I don’t have sign in details as I’m not registered and there’s no option to register?! I*iots

### 1/5 — Zero stars!

*2019-12-04, version 1.9*

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

### 1/5 — No account setup option ?

*2019-11-28, version 1.9*

So how am I supposed to login if I can’t create an account ? Am I supposed to receive login details from Ballymore ??

### 1/5 — Useless

*2019-11-11, version 1.9*

Rubbish - Ballymore have not populated their system with buildings in their own development so unable to use the app. Customer service are also very unhelpful.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Nothing works anymore

*2022-09-27, version 1.44*

In the recent months essential functionality of the app has broken including

* seeing the list of packages at concierge
* issuing key waivers

Those are important features when living in a building, but none have been addressed by Ballymore (as so many others in the actual building).

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2022-03-14, version 1.39*

Consistent in its failure to delight. Likes going on holiday without telling you. Had to get new reload three times so far.
Messages still never get answered either. 🥱

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2022-03-09, version 1.38*

Full of lies and Ballymore making out to be more than what they are. Steer well clear of the corruption!

### 1/5 — Terrible app, terrible company

*2022-03-09, version 1.38*

Ballymore are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Full of lies and broken promises, this app is no better. Terrible functionality, full of bugs and not user friendly.

### 1/5 — It’s rubbish

*2021-08-10, version 1.31*

Ballymore will try and push you to this, but it really is hopeless. Difficult to navigate and not ability to download messages. Hopeless.

### 1/5 — Can’t log in

*2021-04-27, version 1.28*

Can’t log in no matter what I do. Password reset doesn’t help either. It was working a few days ago and now nothing. Please advise!

### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used

*2021-04-07, version 1.26*

Terrible app

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2021-03-18, version 1.26*

Horrible app which is completely useless, made by a scum company who rips off leaseholders by charging ever increasing and exorbitant service charges.

### 1/5 — Rubbish app from a rubbish company

*2021-01-28, version 1.25*

Nice idea for an app but it is terrible to use. Try reporting something to Aftercare using it and they have to email you asking for a picture because you can’t attach them using the app. Then they close the ticket anyway. Unfortunately if you use the app the you’RW already living in one of their homes and are about to realise how incompetent Ballymore is.

### 1/5 — Poor quality app

*2020-09-01, version 1.20*

Poor quality app, poorly engineered, 1/3 times simply don't work. Very illogical UX.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good so far

*2023-02-11, version 1.49*

The concierge messaging could be improved by adding the option to attach a photo, other than that, no issues, I like the community feature also

### 4/5 — Good app, badly used

*2022-03-14, version 1.39*

The app works great, I have access to everything that’s going on in our development. The only issue is that information is somehow hidden. Things like the gym and classes timetables are quite difficult to find. For the rest it’s cool and I’m happy to have something like this.

### 3/5 — please update for landscape support on ipad

*2024-05-01, version 1.63*

With one’s ipad in a fixed location, the app insists on opening in portrait (thus sideways!) making it very difficult to use.

### 2/5 — Great in concept, but...

*2021-03-10, version 1.26*

The concept behind this is great, however it's quite badly implemented:

- Navigation is a mess, sometimes making it impossible to get back to the 'Home' screen without force quitting the app and starting again
- It doesn't properly support attachments
- Once a URL is opened it's nearly impossible to navigate
- Notifications don't work properly, don't dismiss when the linked content has been viewed requiring that you separately dismiss each
- As others have noted the ticketing processes don't include descriptive details so that you can locate issues you've raised

There are issues with the administrative side including that issues don't get properly closed, or are sometimes closed prematurely with no action taken and no explanation. Not all Ballymore staff have access to read issues raised via the app, nor to post notices or deal with issues.

Suggestions:
1. Rethink the navigation throughout
2. Fix notifications so that reading an item dismisses the notification
3. Fix notification settings so that users have greater control of what types of notifications they receive
4. Merge 'Forums' and 'Clubs' so that everything is together, no clear point in having both
5. Implement a dark mode please - it's jarring when everything else on phone is dark and you open b.life to blinding white!
6. Implement a feedback system inside the app for quicker improvement
