Traditional Chinese Mahjong was made accessible to everybody, including those who are blind or visually impaired. One player can play the game offline. Up to four players can play online. It is for all ages, allowing kids and adults to bond through playing together. I have downloaded this from the App Store I was looking forward to playing it purchased a subscription and it never renewed no matter what I did a very big shame indeed as I was looking forward to playing this game definitely going to get a refund.

**Developer response:** You might have already tried the Refresh button on the Subscription page. One thing you can also try is to reinstall this app and use the Restore button on the Subscription page to retrieve your App Store purchase receipt. This app has been used by people in the U.K. as well as in other countries for months by far. This is the first time that we heard of this problem. According to your comment, the issue is likely because App Store failed to send a purchase receipt to your Apple ID. Please also double check that you have not signed into App Store with a different Apple ID after you downloaded this app. For more assistance, you can contact us at bviplayers@gmail.com.
