It’s playful. It’s easy. It’s fun. I’m not a runner who analyzes all the numbers. I just enjoy collecting cute badges and sharing my race finishes with my social circle. We believe that pricing all comes down to how much you value your race achievements. Are you the type of person who trains daily, considers races as lifetime achievements, goes on runcations, etc.? In short, is racing a major part of your lifestyle? Those who do have told us that the app is actually underpriced for what it delivers... positive reinforcement for the sacrifices made to achieve their goals and the memories associated with them. For the same cost as a cup of Starbucks each month, they’re able to save their moments that matter most in an easy and fun fashion. In addition, Blingar is not a static app, but ever-progressing race portfolio experience. We're constantly developing new features and filters to celebrate you and your race achievements. You deserve it! ### 1/5 — Not as fun as it seems it could be *2023-04-15* How many FB groups are y’all going to spam? Badges do not show correctly half the time you enter the race info, until you spend enough time trying to figure out exactly how to word everything correctly so you can get the badge you’re hoping to get, instead of just the monthly badge, then do it all over again for the next race, and over again for the next. The aesthetics don’t make up for the hassle. Try the free trial then delete it because it’s not worth the in-app purchase. The AR is ok but you get tired of it quickly. Good attempt, just doesn’t execute like I hoped. **Developer response:** Appreciate the feedback, Naked Iguana. By “spamming" FB groups do you mean sharing our achievements in racing groups? As a fellow racer, you know what it takes to cross a finish line…the training, the sacrifices, the effort. The Blingar app is fun tool to remind you of that finish line feeling and share your celebration with like-minded people. You should be damn proud of that accomplishment and scream it from the rooftops. If you don’t agree, then the Blingar app probably isn’t for you. As for your experience with the Blingar app, it’s improving leaps and bounds with every new release. While we’re happy with its current state, we’re thrilled to soon be releasing the next version. Finally, all my race info in one place. Lots of features to choose from, but my favorite is the Portal section. From there I have direct access to my proof of times, social feeds and whatever other URLs I want to include. The interface is super simple too for logging stats and sharing my achievements. And for the eye candy crowd, you must try the augmented reality filters. The one for St Patrick’s Day is the best! I can’t wait to see what they have in store for the Coming Soon ones.
