After entering all the details, error popup everywhere, force close and restarting the app also doesn't work. I then tried to request a card by clicking on "I need a card", but keep showing the same page and telling my card not found. First it started to ask me enter my phone number, then following by having me enter my password. They updated software asking me whether l already have a card - of course I have, then I select Yes, then at this moment, it still works well where the apps managed to find my card, after clicking the next button, it asks me to enter the new pin. After I entered, it prompted me setup is successful. Then the disaster happened. There is only one button “Login Now” to click. I easily can get info on the app. Without physical Card now I also can collect Points and redeem by just show my Virtual Card in the app, so much simpler. I can now transfer my BonusLink Points/vouchers to my family members/friend easily. There are also fun game that easy to play which I can donate to charity for FREE and without they ask my personal details. This way is more secure. On top of that, I can increase my BonusLink Points without having to spend by answer a few survey questionnaires. Pleasant experience using BLINK App thus far.
