They charge your card for the subscription then say there’s an “error” when you do the advance. They blocked me or something because now it says my number does not exist in the app but they did took my money from the bank. So basically they are stealing money from everyone who tries it! I’m definitely going to report the fraud to credit bureaus and my bank. Good luck getting your money back after that. No customer service, they will not reply to your email, there is no cancellation option on the app. You’ll be stuck with them while they charge a monthly fee of 11.99. Literally the worst app on here. I will work with apple and seek legal actions against these thieves. It’s that bad people. Couldn’t even make it through signing up because I’m a disabled individual with a state I.D (legal form of U.S identification) but it only accepts driver’s licenses. Completely discriminates against disabled individuals who cannot operate a vehicle. Do not download if you have respect for yourself and others! ### 1/5 — Broken App and Broken Support *2026-05-15, version 7.3.4* I’m not one for leaving reviews or giving star ratings, if an app is bad, I usually delete and move on. However, this app and company has been truly awful that I had to warn other people. You have to pay a monthly subscription to qualify for an advance, they don’t charge till you’re approved, but they then push a fee for express review. Which is optional. I was approved, and when I attempted to get my advance I received an authorization transfer error. I submitted a support ticket and within 24 hours received a generic response. 24 hours later I email back for an update, no response, every day since then I have emailed requesting either an update on the technical error, because it still won’t work, or the process to receive a refund as the app is broken if it cannot be fixed. I have received 0 responses. I have tried other methods of communication that have failed as well. I also get an error trying to close my account. So I can’t get my advance, I can’t get a refund, and I can’t close my account. Very frustrating.
