I would just say that the workout videos could be better- some are terrible quality or don’t load. I just think they could have better videos to follow along to workouts. The app doesn’t work. It doesn’t send me a code to my email. The front desk person tried to help. Gave me my membership # to sign in through “other options”. It says “take a deep breath and try again”. It still doesn’t work. Front desk suggested I delete and reinstall. Guess what? It still doesn’t work. The front desk person says, yeah, it doesn’t work for a bunch of people. (?!?!?!) Except, I wanted to use it for the exercise videos, etc. That was a selling point of the gym membership on this app. So, can someone please tell me how I can get blink to sign me in to use their app? I am a member now and I can’t even sign in and they know it is a problem! PS-not blaming the front desk. They don’t make the app. ### 1/5 — Unable to Register *2025-06-19, version 6.2.1* I signed up for a membership with Blink recently and have used a local gym several times since then. However, whether through this app or the website, I consistently get an error message when attempting to register my account. This makes signing in at the gym very tedious. Yet I pay for my monthly membership and NO, the website online doesn’t let me login either. Just thought I’d put this review on here since I’ve gotten all these updates on the App Store but nothing changes. ### 1/5 — Ineffective *2025-06-03* I wish I had looked at the recent comments before downloading this app and creating a membership through it. I purchased a membership and when creating my password- the app froze. I closed out of it and returned to the app and it started from the beginning. When filling in the info again, it claimed I already had a membership (mind you, my password wasn’t created yet) So I clicked “forgot my password” but I was not getting any emails for my password. I decided to try to login via the web.. and the web told me it could not find an account with my email. Strange right? And my card was charged. The gym is clean and fresh. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. I had my 30 minute session with Robert he was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this gym to my friends. ### 5/5 — Issues right at the start *2022-05-10* So I was looking to get a Blink membership for a while. I downloaded the app and completed everything to sign up and once I submitted it, I got my membership number on a screen for a second, then I selected away and it disappeared. I don’t know if the app glitched but I haven’t received my membership confirmation email so I am unable to login and setup my account. Also I checked my bank and my card has been charged the membership amount. I’ve emailed customer service and it says there will be delays in responses. Wish I knew how long it would be because as of right now I am literally paying for nothing as I cannot access my membership. I will update this review as the issue is resolved, but as for right now, not very impressed with Blink Fitness. **Developer response:** Hi there! Oh no! I found the preset work outs to be of inspiration coming into the gym for the first time in years. Scanning your phone at the front is convenient and cool! I especially like how the app checks you in to show your attendance record. If you can make a widget that always shows gym capacity that would be amazing. Idk if you are able to make it so that the widget disappears after the gym closes. It tracks how often you workout, has articles about nutrition and working out. You can also check the capacity of your gym (although it takes a while to reflect in real time so you should still call to verify). You can also check to see what gyms are near you as well. I signed up on the 30th so waste of a month. Asked them if I can cancel and sign up again on the first. They said no. It tracks your checkins which is nice to see how much you have or haven’t been going. Also, something I recently discovered, there’s videos you can use to exercise at home.
