Got my watch delivered and been trying to connect it to the desktop since a dew hours. Tried all the usb ports and several connect and disconnect attempts have failed. The computer is unable to recognise the watch. Went through the entire support section on your website, but still unable to sort out the issue. I will be travelling tomorrow evening, and i need to set up the watch asap. If you could help me with this, it would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's a good watch .. but taking too much time to update the os.. and while updating it asking personal hotspot , why it would it be needed I don't know , cause while updating from pc it doesn't require hotspot..

Anyways please try to update watchfaces on regular basis.. so split the update like if you want just watch faces just provide update for watch faces instead of whole package..

Charging is causing, pacing watch on doc regularly for charging it erasing the 4 dots and that's why I have struggle to on the charging for watch , please suggest me if there is any other option for charging.
