These guys servers are either compromised or they are a password phishing operation themselves. I purchased a beach parking pass 6 days ago online (not via the app). Preparing for the trip tomorrow, I downloaded the app to have easy access to the pass. When I viewed the pass, it appeared that there was a 13 hour timer running. Underneath the timer, there was a button that said “Stop.” Since our pass was purchased for my birthday tomorrow, I pressed the stop button. It immediately cancelled my pass and issued a balance in my account for the cost of the pass. What in the actual F is going on?! Passes are now sold out the day before and my pass was cancelled. I had been looking forward to going to my favorite beach with my family for my birthday. This is absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible. I have used the only TWO ways of reaching someone for support & neither avenues have gotten back to me. I paid $43 for a parking permit on a day I DID NOT SELECT. Not even close. I contacted them within 10 minutes of realizing the mistake, & Instead of someone getting back to me even on the same day, I’m still sitting here waiting. I unfortunately will have to spend another $43 to pay for the correct day, so long as I don’t have ANOTHER system error, before the parking is full.
