It is also difficult to add a payment method since my credit card was repeatedly rejected. Really? It’s 2026, small databases are a solved problem, just download a local copy of the cities by region after selecting the country. And the login fails also. Made me lose a lot of critical time during a quick rest stop on a trip. The app is confusing and made me pay for the wrong parking zone. I contacted customer support immediately, but they refused to help or offer any solution. I purchased a beach parking pass 6 days ago online (not via the app). Preparing for the trip tomorrow, I downloaded the app to have easy access to the pass. When I viewed the pass, it appeared that there was a 13 hour timer running. Underneath the timer, there was a button that said “Stop.” Since our pass was purchased for my birthday tomorrow, I pressed the stop button. It immediately cancelled my pass and issued a balance in my account for the cost of the pass. What in the actual F is going on?! Passes are now sold out the day before and my pass was cancelled. I had been looking forward to going to my favorite beach with my family for my birthday. This is absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible. Además no deja más de 4 h y uno está casi medio día estacionado. Deberían dejar libre el tiempo para estacionar.
