## What is BlinkFar?

Make room for eye breaks while you work, study, read or play games.

BlinkFar keeps blink reminders and distance breaks separate, so you can choose a rhythm that fits your day. Start a session and let gentle reminders prompt you to blink or look away from the screen.

YOUR OWN REMINDER RHYTHM
• Start and stop blink and distance-break sessions separately
• Adjust reminder intervals and choose notification sounds
• Receive reminders through local system notifications

FROM PHONE TO WRIST
• See today's activity, completed sessions and widgets on iPhone and iPad
• Start blink sessions and adjust intervals on Apple Watch, with complications and widgets for a quick glance
• Sync settings and completed sessions when iCloud is available; active sessions stay with the device that started them

TRY FIRST, UNLOCK ONCE
Download for free and choose to start a 7-day trial of all features. When the trial ends, reminders stop while settings and history remain. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks lifetime access across iPhone, iPad, Mac and the companion Apple Watch under the same Apple purchasing account. No subscription or automatic renewal. Your local price appears before purchase. Watch access is synced from the paired iPhone.

During the trial, reopen the app before the scheduling deadline shown on screen to extend iPhone and Apple Watch background reminders. Notifications require permission; delivery, sound and haptics depend on system notification, silent mode and Focus settings.

No BlinkFar account or camera access is required. BlinkFar provides behavioral reminders only. It does not measure actual blinks or provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
