Looks like the devs have taken the feedback seriously and have fixed most of the issues. App feels quite fast and usable now. Keep up the good work guys. ### 2/5 — In watchlist the stocks get added one above he other but it should be one below the another *2025-07-30, version 1.0.86* Whenever I add multiple stocks in watchlist so the my priority goes down as your watchlist stock addition approach is one above the other which is very annoying. For example, if I add ABC then CDR then PQR, the watchlist should add in same way but in BLINKX, the final list will be in reverse order ### 4/5 — Good app with small bugs *2025-07-01, version 1.0.82* The blinkX app is easy to use and good for stock trading and IPOs. I like the real-time updates and fast money transfers. Sometimes, charts take time to load, which can be a bit annoying. But overall, it’s a nice app and works well for me ### 4/5 — Gets hanged when opening from recent applications iPhone *2025-05-08, version 1.0.75* The app is great overall — the features, UI, and functionality are all working well. However, there’s a recurring issue: when I reopen the app from the recent apps menu, it tends to hang or freeze. Sometimes restarting the app fixes it, but other times it doesn’t respond at all. I hope the developers can look into this, as it’s a significant drawback. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2024-12-11* I could not find the worst app than this for trading. When you buy or sell the stocks they wont reflect in your portfolio for like next five minutes at-least some times even longer. There is no open interest option for options. No charts for options. Also when you open the option chain the LTP stop changing. It cant take the load. There is huge lag between real price change of stocks and what it shows on app screen. And am sorry to say that app opening time is hell slow. No one cares about logo intro at the beginning. User just want to enter the trades as soon as he clicks on it. So pls pls tell the developers to fix this asap. App opening time should be much faster. Post that I will definitely rate 5 stars for sure. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which helped resolve my issue quickly ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unusable and all reviews in App Store are fake paid bot reviews *2026-03-16, version 1.1.12* I usually trade from website The tv portal and trade on charts is unusable when I open multiple instances the other tabs get logged out automatically I literally had to login at least 20 times today for each tab By the time i login and place order price has already moved incurred multiple losses from day one Every day its a new issue Your platform is not meant for HFT Then i tried app Every time I need to either put password and pin or otp The app doesn’t use biometric login although they show there is option but it doesn’t work Execution rates and speeds are too slow And it displays incorrect live position p n l Lots to criticize about ths platform I respect jm financial but ppl behind this platform development are down right slow and not doing their jobs Who’s gonna pay my losses because of these guys incompetence I recommend not using this platform till they are on par with its competitors This is exactly why platforms like ths provide u with no brokerage facilities coz they’ll be making money from your loosing positions obviously not once I got sms confirmation from nse regarding my past position Which means these ppl might not be actually sending out orders to exchanges they are just counter hedging your positions and use lags and glitches in platform to book losses fpr you that’s their business model everybody comes they book losses and they leave Before coming they look at these fake bot reviews and brokerage plans and they fall for it You don’t need a good customer support if u have an excellent platform Even fyers was way better when it got introduced first ### 1/5 — Worst trading app *2025-07-08, version 1.0.84* This app is a scam though the customer support is available when you call your issue won’t be solved Here’s the issue I have faced: I placed a intraday short position after I have placed it you cannot square off there won’t be a square of position for you either you will hit stop loss or you will be forced to exit at the end of the trading session with penalty I think this is what platform is aiming for to levy penalty without letting them to exit. I am lucky that I have placed stop loss and only did single quantity to test the platform Don’t trade huge volumes or lots in this platform check with one quantity if you really want to trade on this platform ### 1/5 — This app has several performance issues that affect user experience. *2025-07-05, version 1.0.84* Whenever I place an order, there’s no real-time update or notification confirming if the order is filled. I have to manually refresh multiple times to check the status. On top of that, the app frequently lags or even hangs, especially during market hours. I often have to close and reopen the app several times a day just to keep it working. If there s a problem they will blame the customers.. The problem remains unsolved there are many platforms 100 percent better. My mobile keeps hanging from the time I installed the app. I have been asking for solution and they don’t give the solution . I highly recommend it to anyone looking to trade with ease and efficiency! ### 1/5 — Too much lags and hangs *2025-03-05, version 1.0.72* The app I brought seeing the review but it seems they are all false, I got call from blinks to give rating .. so here is my observation after using it for few days , Never buy this app just for subscription it hangs too much and wipe out your money …the app is hanging and once you place your order it won’t reflect after the execution and need to refresh to see if it got through the orders… thanks that I started with one lot small amount else I would be most frustrated now I am only using it for smaller trades and using other as main.. anyway I paid for 6 months but seems it was like waste of my money…. Seriously??? Whose idea was it in your company!?? What sort of scam are you running by collecting the details ? Spamming as well as scamming ! Wasted by data and time. ### 1/5 — Worst Trading App – Stay Away! *2025-02-11, version 1.0.71* I regret ever downloading the BlinkX Trading app. It’s a complete disaster! The interface is clunky and lags constantly, making it impossible to execute trades at the right time. The app crashes frequently, especially during high market volatility, causing huge losses. The worst part is the hidden fees. They advertise zero trading fee, but in reality, you get hit with ridiculous charges that they don’t disclose upfront. It feels like a scam rather than a legit trading platform. Save yourself the frustration and avoid BlinkX at all costs! There are far better and more reliable trading apps out there like Groww, AngelOne etc ### 1/5 — Scam app *2024-12-12, version 1.0.64* They get a huge sum of money but no communication from them after that. If you contact customer support for any issue they will say sorry for the inconvenience, we will get back. But no one calls back or provides an update. Money withdrawal won’t be processed even after 5 days. Worst experience. Even if the charge is more go for reputed app like zerodha. Support system are really helpful when needed any help support executive always provides a complete information. Today I discussed my issues with Pranita from BlinkX and she resolved my all query very easily. Overall experience with BlinkX is excellent and I refer to use this app and enjoy trading experience.
