Thank goodness I've not needed cust service or I'm sure I would have left. 7--SEVEN! attempts to get help. Screen freezes. Can't even download the transcript. I was able on the next to last Time to copy and paste. Each time I had to start all over bc w alllllll the Ai we have they can't retrieve a previous chat despite fact they make you enter your email. So I'm confident That is false. To top it off suddenly w no warning the chat just says you will get a message on this email in morning. Posts hours and screen goes dead. No hey I can't help w this issue nothing. NOTHING!!! The last exchange I paste what is going on and chat says they can't view files. What!!!! Am I in the twilight zone. This cannot be real. Run run run. Do you not use them. If I could give less than a quarter of a star I would but I'm stuck giving a higher rank Than I ever would. One phone has all features and settings available, while on another almost all of them are missing. Absolutely absurd, especially since the phone that is missing almost all features is way newer. What are you even asking money for? No way I’m paying for this kind of experience! Not even talking about the ads they sneak into your vCard, unless you pay them a subscription. Never mentioned anywhere btw. ### 1/5 — Charged us without knowing *2026-06-19, version 1.111.0* Someone shared their info with us using this app. We were unaware to view that persons info that it automatically signed us up for a membership and we got billed 100 dollars for an annual membership. ### 1/5 — Chanrged my account without consent *2026-06-03, version 1.109.0* This app charge my 100 dollars and my bank was smart enough to stop this payment from going through because I didn’t make this purchase. I’ve called Apple to get this problem fixed and they can’t do anything about it so they have suspended my Apple account from downloading any type of apps. Apple support is telling me I need to pay this 100 dollar and it’s not 100 percent sure I will even get my refund if I make this payment. I love the business and the idea of having a digital card. Be upfront. I figured there would be a lesser tier, I don’t need the AI portion, only need 1 card type. You alienate people that could be spreading the platform. ### 1/5 — QR codes stopped working *2026-05-21, version 1.107.0* Right when you need them most, face to face at a client event. You try to show off your product and this cool tech and it doesn’t work. The QR opened the Bling homepage instead of my vCard.
