And it keeps logging me out for some reason, and once I was logged out twice in a day, my time wasn’t recorded properly. And the UI is not very user friendly either. Way over priced for what they are. Impossible to get out of paying them even though they don’t deliver on the product. Very basic copy and paste contract they give and charge the moon. Requires 3 apps on personal device because they’re either too cheap or incompetent to consolidate all their other apps. Just know, if your business uses this, your employees are trash talking you ### 1/5 — Not the best *2024-09-14, version 4.23.5* It seems that with every update the app logs you out, finding this out when you get to work is really annoying as i then have to find my login details, this takes time and costs me money. ### 1/5 — Updated to 4.23.5 from the disaster of 4.21.0 *2024-09-13, version 4.23.5* Networking improved between 4.23.5 and 4.21.0 however, once again Geofencing errors, logging in problems, crashing, painful slow cloud access, have to reinstall every version change, wish we could bin it absolute classic example of trying to fix something that was not broken. Developer seems incapable of making a stable release for everyone and keeps messing up somehow for someone. ### 1/5 — Network Connection *2024-07-30, version 4.22.4* Edit July 24… Still the same, now we have a network outage which includes Blip! Totally ridiculous to not work offline and upload once you have a connection or in this case once the issue is fixed. This app has a fundamental flaw. Unfortunately, it needs an Internet connection in the background to make it work! As we all know especially rurally the network connections are patchy to say the least!!! Sometimes, even with an Internet connection, it doesn’t seem to want to connect or work. When you have a workforce that use this for their timekeeping, this is quite critical! The only way this app could possibly be any good is if it worked off-line. ### 1/5 — Blip *2024-07-02, version 4.22.1* Since I have downloaded this app all My phone as been running very slow . No good for a mobile workforce! Drains phone battery even when GPS is switched off. Can easily see fellow workers home addresses on the map. Drove past a fellow workers home address, and then received a blip notification that “I was entering their home address” The last two issues must surely be a breach of GDPR laws. In my opinion it’s not fit for purpose, unless you work in one place, or solely from home. ### 1/5 — Needs to be reinstalled at least once a week. *2025-03-27, version 4.26.3* Crashes and needs to be reinstalled ALL the time. Also needs more features to also people to retrospectively add and change times. Alson, Noone is happy with the location services and camera access randomly pinging their phone. ### 1/5 — Stupid oversight *2025-01-24, version 4.25.1* Impossible for my managers to see who is on site without giving them full admin privileges which allows them access to all employees confidential hr info, including salaries and so on.
