I installed the app on both my iPhone 7 and iPad Air 2 running IOS 11. Since then there is a new update which only installs and runs on my phone. The old app on my iPad continues to work but everyday I’m notified I have an update to the app. The update will not install. I wrote the company months ago but nothing has changed. I love looking at the data on my iPad since it is easier to see. I’m concerned that the may be going out of business since they are not maintaining their app for all devices. It is a shame as the products are good and do what they claim but without good app support they can quickly become useless. I would give 5 stars if the app ran on both my iPhone and my iPad. 2 stars Update 10/7/21: Now a 5 star app. They updated that app so it worked on my iPad as well as my phone, but it was impossible to switch users. My phone was stuck looking at user 2 while my iPad was stuck looking at user 1. A new update has resolved this and now the software works correctly on both the iPad and iPhone. I love the scale and blood pressure machine both feeding the app without my having to take extra steps. There is one more thing to fix and that is you cannot change the name of a user through the software. Once a name is assigned you are stuck unless you call the company. Hopefully they will fix this in the next software update. ### 2/5 — Can’t Change Email *2019-11-07* The Blip scale and BP are good, but the app is terrible. Why can’t I go online to change my email address. Also, hooking up to the WiFi is very clunky, I’ve done it several times now so I know how, but needs a major update. I doubt I’d buy another Blip. ### 1/5 — Won’t work with iOS 11 *2018-02-16* When this app worked, it worked fantastic and allowed 2 separate users to monitor their blood pressure. Now it is outdated and will NOT work with iOS 11. ### 1/5 — Blip Care *2015-11-12* I am unable to access the mobile app even though I have already registered my scale and blood pressure unit on my pc. I've established a password. When I try to access the mobile app, I get an error message.
