### 2.19 — 2026-07-16

1. Now after meditations, we have an insight by the Masters. You can Save the insights as well and view them on the progress page. 
2. Share the insights with others over WhatsApp/Instagram and other channels to spread Bliss. 
3. The app may ask long-term users to rate. Do support Bliss by dropping in a review.
4. Streaks, before resetting show a timer on when it will reset. Also Streak are more forgiving now. It takes an extra 1 day for the streak to reset. 
5. Minor Bug fixes.

1. Try the new "Path" Page where you can know more about different spiritual paths and start a meditation in a specific tradition. 
2. Improved Graphics for masters and sam.
3. Initial Personalisation is now very dynamic and driven by the companions.

5. The meditation starts quicker is now more stable. 
6. Background nature sounds are now improved and stable.

1. Audio quality during Meditations is significantly improved. 
A major re-haul to how meditation is served on the app. From 16k sampling rate the audio quality has jumped now to 125k. 

2. During Meditation, now click on "SAM" to immediately call sam. And then click on "MASTER" to immediately go back to practice. 

3. Ambient sounds are now enabled by default during meditations. On pausing the meditation ambient sounds now also pause.
