Había leído de los beneficios de respirar adecuadamente pero nunca me funcionaba lo que leía, Bliss me gustó mucho! Ya que el uso del cronometro, la imagen en movimiento y la vibración al exhalar resultan super efectivos para hacer el proceso de manera controlada, he usado los modos mindful pause y bumble bee
