You’d think since the carwash has been around a few years they would have their app fixed. If the car washes weren’t decent then I would cancel my Memberships. ### 1/5 — Not functioning *2026-07-02, version 2.2.0* Unable to sign in, no location choose. ### 2/5 — Difficult app *2026-06-21, version 1.5.20* App is difficult to use, not user friendly and can’t find membership details. Carwash is nice, is plush, and clean as it is brand new. ### 1/5 — Scam app *2026-06-19, version 1.5.20* DO NOT put cards on file they will continue to charge even after canceled!! ### 1/5 — Misleading *2026-05-08, version 1.5.20* Needed to download app to get free wash when first creating account. No free wash given ### 1/5 — Click bait *2026-03-01, version 1.5.18* There were no free car wash when downloading the app as advertised ### 1/5 — Make it impossible to cancel *2024-12-30, version 1.5.18* No phone service and on the app account doesn’t show. Makes it impossible to cancel. ### 1/5 — Poor service all around *2024-07-09* I was looking forward to changing to this new service; not after using it! Purchased the Transform+ for all my vehicles while given the cleanse - lowest wash- after addressing this error every time washed the car. Bliss never addressed this concern so I canceled in the middle of the month and now they do not want to honor the last 15 days of the paid services. Do not recommend at all. Going back to Fast 5 Express that has always given superb services for a few bucks more with better location and equipment. ### 1/5 — Scammers and worst customer support *2024-04-20* They had a promotion ($20 for two months). I cancelled my subscription right before the two months ended but they still charged me an additional $35. I contacted customer support but they refused to refund back. In addition, I went there multiple times during their working hours and the car wash was closed without any notice. If you had an emergency, at least leave a note!
