Blissed Happiness is a health and fitness app to help you reach your goals with Karina as your personal trainer from your phone. This app will help you fall in love with fitness and help you reach your health goals. The app is designed to help all shapes and sizes. You can choose how many days per week you would like to train and choose from the abundance of delicious recipes. You will be provided with live and on-demand workouts and a diet to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes. This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow. Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but all are doable for all fitness levels and no longer than 1 hour. The app includes quick & effective workouts, challenges, Weekly live sessions, and a community filled with like-minded individuals who have put their Fitness & Health first. We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts. They can enable the iWatch option from the devices section under Account, the user has to open the iWatch App and Start Session. I did one workout in one of the programs. The next time I went to use most of the content was gone. ### 1/5 — Scam? *2024-01-21* Downloaded this app onto my iPhone and when I opened it I got a login page. I tried the email and password I wanted to use, and it did not create an account for me and received a “no account” message. I was given the choice of logging in with a Google account or my Apple ID, so I chose Google, and tried to log in with that info, and received another no account message. The app gave no option to create an account so I did a Google search online for “Blissed Happiness.” There we’re lots of social media links but no website where I could create an account. I am not comfortable entering email addresses and passwords like that. It felt like a phishing scam.
