As a mom of 6, an athlete and always getting back into shape after children. I’m now 38 and I can say I’m in the strongest, fittest, sexiest body I have ever had even in my hay day. Sculpted legs, lifted booty, cut arms & actually seeing my abs (and it hasn’t even been 2 years after my 6th baby). I’ve been sticking to the plan 4 months now & so grateful. I recommend this to everyone. Love your beautiful mind bliss, to challenge us with these workout. Xo, B
