Michaela and Lauren were both very professional, knowledgable and approachable.
They took a refreshing modern attitude and approach to an archaic process. They were very responsive and wasted no time in getting the job done at a fantastic pace. 
We received numerous comments from various people throughout the chain around how impressive they were. Michaela and Lauren were most certainly the shining stars throughout the chain. 
We could not recommend BLJ enough. We would certainly employ again and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
