Around the time of the third or fourth undercard, it starts glitching, bad. Freezing, randomly rewinding and buffering. It won’t play.!!! I even downloaded the app on my TV and it’s having the same issues on the TV. My Internet connection is fine. I checked it to make sure it’s not my Wi-Fi.! I don’t know if it’s just the app or the live broadcast that’s messing up. But I’m literally paying money for something that I can’t even watch!! I missed a whole knockout for one of the under because it froze and when it came back up, the fight was over! It’s literally not playing at all now. Not on the phone. Not on the TV. It’s just froze and continuously glitching. At this point I want my money back. How do we contact support.? Should not have to sacrifice reliability for price because the customers are suffering in the end I know a lot of people who downloaded this app specifically for this 7pm fight that we are all still waiting for to start SMH at this point I might as well FaceTime some one who is there live that’s the only way I’ll see it. SCAMMERS *2025-07-02, version 2.2* UPDATE: 07/02/2025 l have hired a team of attorneys to begin a class action lawsuit into the developers of the app. DO NOT USE APP. You will pay for a live stream that you will never receive. They ignore and delete any negative comments on their social media. They have no contact information outside of social media. They ONLY allow you to pay with Apple Pay because it’s hard for you to get a refund back from Apple. If you check the reviews, the Wilder fight was not the first or the last fight they have done this with. They are scammers.! Contact me if you would like to opt in to our pending lawsuit. This was not a problem unique to me, as I had multiple friends in multiple countries experiencing the same issue. Conveniently, no way to contact them.
