No answer from support. Had to contact my credit card company. **Developer response:** We apologize for any inconvenience. We noticed you’ve been contacting the Support for Dr. Rounds, the previous company that was replaced by BlkBag Inc. Our current support is easily accessible using the new contact support@blkbag.app reachable from within the Mobile App, within the Portal, on our website, and from the Developer tab on the App Store. We are surprised to hear that you’ve been unable to connect with us. Moreover, the subscription is readily cancelable from within the Rounds Portal under Account.
