Worst thing to do in ios. It creates lots of problems. As i am blo of part 298, i request you to fix this issue asap. ### 2/5 — Form 6 Processing Button Not Visible in BLO App *2025-12-14* I am facing a technical issue in the BLO App while filling Form No. 6 (New Voter Registration). After completing all required details and reaching the final stage, the “Process” or “Submit” button does not appear on the screen. Due to this issue, I am unable to process or submit the form successfully. I have attached a screenshot showing the problem clearly, where the form is completed but the processing option is not visible. This seems to be a UI or app compatibility issue, possibly related to screen resolution or app version. Kindly look into this issue and fix it at the earliest, as it is affecting voter registration work. Request the technical team to resolve this problem in the next update or provide guidance to complete the process. It's not fetching the details in one time, have to repeat the process to fill the form again and again and has to click the picture and upload atleast 3-4 times then only doc is getting uploaded. Showing warning again and again regarding API failure. From the scalability view it's very bad in performance. I think the owner of the app should consult with end user regarding they are facing while using the app and should develop accordingly. ### 1/5 — App not working *2025-11-20* I was using this BLO app in my device when i have total 1500 candidates so i was using my phone for fill the form at the same time my another phone (device ) i switch this app and running this app on both phone but when i login in my secondary devices it was showing message “session experied” and in both devices log out so it is very difficult to work and we have not much time for completing this task for our nation work.. i have to say in this message that please update app to work faster and at the same time we use 2 or 3 devices. ### 1/5 — Very Poor Interface *2025-11-18* This app is completely useless. It does not work properly and keeps crashing again and again. The features shown in the description are not available in reality. Too many errors, slow performance, and nothing helpful inside. Total waste of time and data. I do not recommend this app to anyone. ### 1/5 — Version and functionality is missing *2025-11-15* When trying to scan any of the firm at that moment they the application is getting crashed and the form is not scanning properly where it placed and the skin view. Wherever it is coming, it’s not getting place. I thought that the company TCS Tata consultancy company, whatever the application, they will be extra luxury as a software developer. I am able to understand that there are lots of plenty of bug. but as a person I cannot fix any of the books, but there are lots of work because my brother was using this application as his duty is in BL so I I try to help him, but after installing this application, I have find on lots of bugs the application getting crash when trying to scan any of the form after scanning the form. It’s not able to identify like this phone number belongs from where, and this the searching of the searching of the district is is not properly functioning. Fix all these issues. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2024-08-31* Worst app ever it , I have been trying to verify the H2H survey data for the last 4 days , however haven’t been able to verify a single voter , the app kept freezing and crashing every time I submit after filling the details and there’s no way to get out of it except closing the app and restarting , So I close the app and repeat and it still freezes . ### 1/5 — Very poor application for the most important department of gov of India *2023-12-17* I just can’t believe that TCS can develop this kind of pathetic app. Every time we work on the field. How can we expect Election department to be having this kind of app Election department is one of the important department of India and digitisation is very important, this app needs to be revolutionise or working properly in order for the democracy to work properly ### 3/5 — Please developers consider it *2023-08-22* Firstly this app wasnt working at all in ios but started working a little after this update… electora data sync option is not available and since the h2h survey works only in offline mode now and is available only after syncing data…so h2h survey cant be done until the data sync option is available..In h2h survey,house numbers not in series/order, 2 comes after 19 and 3 comes 29 and other 2 digit house numbers like 65,66 are at the very end.. so it takes a lot of time to find a house number, hemce reducing the speed and efficiency pf work and provide a sliding bar to quickly scroll up and down …and kindly provide some features like copying epic no and the option to fill form when viewing an elector ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — NOT PROPERLY WORK IN IOS *2026-07-30* “The BLO App is very slow and takes a long time to load and save data. Also, ensure timely updates and bug fixes to make the app more reliable and user-friendly.” ### 1/5 — Usless app *2026-06-29* This app is full of glitches and barely works as intended. It constantly freezes, crashes, and takes forever to load. Many features either don’t respond or fail completely, making the app frustrating to use. It’s disappointing that such basic issues haven’t been fixed. ### 1/5 — App always crashes. *2026-06-25* I am very disappointed with this app. It frequently fails to open properly and often gets stuck on the loading screen. The performance is slow, and the app crashes unexpectedly, making it difficult to use. I have tried restarting my device and reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists. I hope the developers fix these problems soon and improve the app’s stability and user experience. ### 1/5 — Worst App by TATA Consultancy Services *2026-06-15* The decision of handing over of such an important app to TCS must be taken over a drunk meeting perhaps , TCS has done the worst it could do in every way and compiled it into an app , Random loaders, Random Checks, random lists, random discrepancies, oversensitive algorithms, what was supposed to be an integrated system used experience for BLOs to handle turned out to be the most terrible UI/UX disaster I’ve come across, the project managers and the team’s incompetency can be seen throughout the app from the spelling mistakes, terrible UI decisions , terrible fonts, colors. No idea how such a shameful piece of software was able to pass the screening tests done by Apple before App Store deployment. ### 1/5 — Required More Features. *2026-04-05* 1. Regional languages are not supporting properly. 2. When approving form 6, drop downs are not working. 3. Enable copy option for epic number, phone number, reference numbers. 4. Sometimes app crashes and closes randomly and have to reopen it. 5. Make draft data sync across other devices too. 6. When submitting form 6, improve quality and clarity of photo and document uploaded in jpeg format. 7. In total elector or during mapping if I search a name and after checking details if I come back to previous page everything resets. ### 1/5 — Worst UI/UX implementation *2026-01-03* The decisions made by UI/UX team seems to be so horrible which makes the BLO’s work so frustrating, various interfaces make no sense and the UI flow decisions are terrible, the implemented Tamil transliteration model is horrible at its best, the best part is you can’t type the correct spelling in the name box for what you’ve typed for , it just rejects input(worst UI decision ever). Literal hot garbage it is. ### 1/5 — Not able to use *2025-12-29* I am very disappointed that not able to use this app. As I enter the OTP and submit, my name and selection of part number shows but there is not any submit button which is in bottom of the screen but I can’t scroll down so I can’t go further. Please solve this issue. ### 1/5 — Lack of Planning and collecting personal data of BLO’s *2025-11-28* Releases updates without any proper planning and testing, not sure why they are in so hurry and on facing technical issue, no support is provided and they are prejudice against BLO’s and ask them to get training again. App don’t run if permission to access location, storage and other privacy are not given, why a private company needs such user data? ### 1/5 — Horrible aplication full of technical issues. *2025-11-23* Horrible application. So many APi failures, repeatedly gets logged out There are many technical issue that needs to be resolved asap inorder to make our SIR work smooth and fast. We are totally dependent on this application but here this application works like horrible. Absolutely frustrating! ### 1/5 — Issue *2025-11-23* In the 2.28 update, the issue “No data source found for context decider S26” is occurring. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Everything was working well before this update, but now even the Elector’s profile is not opening. In such a situation, how will the Enumeration Form process be completed? The new update is not working at all. Not able to login it looks like the rollout doesn’t go through testing. ### 5/5 — Transferring an elector from one part to another *2026-02-24* Kindly add an option for BLOs by which they could transfer an elector from one part number to another part number. As sometimes an elector is added to wrong part number. Most of the times elector is added to right part number but it have been seen that some electors are added to adjacent part numbers by ERO office. For correction in this regard form 8 has to be submitted.
