## What is Block Apps & Websites?

Take back your attention with Alpaca, an app and website blocker designed to add meaningful friction between you and distracting habits.

CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO FOCUS

• Block Now — start an immediate blocking session, with an optional end time.
• Schedule — automatically restrict selected apps and websites on the days and times you choose.
• Open Limit — allow a chosen number of opens before a timed block begins.
• Usage Limit — set a daily usage allowance for selected apps.

BLOCK OR ALLOW

Choose specific apps, websites, or categories with Apple’s system picker. Use a block list to restrict selected items, or an allow list when you want a more focused device.

MAKE UNLOCKING INTENTIONAL

Choose how a plan can be paused: unlock normally, prevent temporary unlocking, or complete a challenge first. Challenges include a slide puzzle, Sudoku, squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, and lunges. Exercise challenges use on-device camera analysis only when you choose to start one.

UNDERSTAND YOUR SCREEN TIME

View on-device activity reports and keep your focus plans together in one place. Alpaca uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks and system privacy controls to apply restrictions and produce reports.

YOUR PRIVACY

Alpaca does not require an account and does not display third-party advertising. Focus plans and usage summaries are stored on your device. Camera frames used for exercise challenges are analyzed on device and are not saved or uploaded by Alpaca.
