Ich hatte bereits 7,44 € gesammelt und war damit fast an der Mindestauszahlung angekommen. Genau in diesem Moment wurde der Bildschirm plötzlich komplett dunkel und das Spiel ließ sich nicht mehr fortsetzen. Mein erster Gedanke war, die App zu deinstallieren und neu zu installieren. Aber dann verliert man den gesamten Fortschritt und muss wieder bei 0 € anfangen – obwohl man das Auszahlungsziel fast erreicht hatte. Natürlich kann es sich um einen technischen Fehler handeln. Allerdings wirkt es auf mich schon sehr merkwürdig, dass solche Probleme genau dann auftreten, wenn man kurz davor ist, genügend Guthaben für eine Auszahlung zu sammeln. Dadurch entsteht zumindest der Eindruck, dass Nutzer daran gehindert werden, das Ziel zu erreichen. Ich habe viel Zeit investiert und zahlreiche Werbeanzeigen angesehen. Am Ende blieb nur Frust.
