It opens, the logo comes up, then shuts down. I tried deleting the app and downloading it, but it still doesn’t work. ### 2/5 — Use *2026-04-17, version 2.1.2* It doesn’t serve any purpose other than look a the magazines you buy. ### 1/5 — No access to purchased issues *2026-03-13, version 2.1.2* I open the app. Even though I have been subscribed for 3 years it says I have no issues purchased. I log out and back in. No issues. I ask apple to restore my subscriptions. No issues. I have the billing info that says I’ve been charged for the issues. But…. It was much easier to find the patterns in this app than logging in and downloading each issue on the website ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2025-08-15, version 2.1.2* This app used to be fine. Then it quit working altogether. Now all my past purchases have disappeared and when I try to send a message through the app it won’t send. I guess they have turned off the messaging because all they get are negative comments and complaints. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-08-05, version 2.1.2* If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have a subscription to the actual, physical magazine but I can’t access the digital ones. Also, why isn’t there a search function? It’s impossible to fine a pattern index for the magazines, so I have to go through all of them to find the pattern I’m looking for. So this app is double useless because I can’t access the magazines I have already purchased and even if I could, there would be no point. On top of all of this, I couldn’t send my issue to them because my correspondence failed to send. ### 1/5 — App not working *2025-07-23, version 2.1.2* I have trouble with the newer versions of MSQC and Block Magazine apps. I saw Al say in an interview to let y’all know that there’s a problem so you can fix it. I did and hopefully it will function properly again. The old one was good! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-07-05, version 2.1.2* I’ve been trying for several months to get my Block Magazine purchases to come up in this ap, contacted customer support to no avail. They keep telling me they’ll be releasing an update and they never do. It used to work fine. MSQC - please fix this!
