One is the password modification in app if forgotten no feature to change. For forever there have been times when I cannot access my purchased magazines. Years ago I called and had this corrected, but then when I want to reference one of the magazines, it’s broken again. There is an option to restore purchases, but although you don’t get an error, it does not restore them. Block is a beautiful magazine. The quality of the photos, and the actual page quality and font are perfect. But, I dropped my long running subscription years ago because they were just too many errors in patterns. I still like to reference those patterns though, but I always have to resort to flipping through my hardcopies. Because this an is useless. When I first downloaded this app, I was able to access all of my subscription block magazines, and the ones that I have purchased. However, over the last year and a half, I haven’t been able to view any of my magazines. ### 1/5 — Block magazine *2024-12-15, version 2.1.2* I have been reading this ezine for a while now and feel like I can give a good overall rating of my experience with it. It’s quit working through the app and I can’t read it through the app or find my past purchases on the app. I have emailed and emailed them repeatedly and I have called. Nothing has been fixed but they have said that they are having issues with the app!! I would like to think that they would want it fixed!! I don’t mean to be negative, bc your mags are nice. But I downloaded them into your app and I can’t find them. There is no menu for the mags I have in my library. Every issue is listed, but no way to find the ones I have. Now, I saw that someone complained about this four years ago. I figured by now you would have fixed this. I don’t want to have to go online and log in every time I want to read a magazine. I don’t have unlimited internet. I only have a small amount of data with my phone plan. I feel that I was fraudulently charged for digital magazines that I’m not allowed to read! I will never subscribe to this magazine again. Tons of space taken up on my tablet but not allowed to read them. You guys need to stop focusing on making money, and start worrying about keeping the loyal customers you have acquired. It opens, the logo comes up, then shuts down. So this app is double useless because I can’t access the magazines I have already purchased and even if I could, there would be no point. So full of beautiful quilts and patterns that are explained very thoroughly! The photography is excellent- it makes you want to try sewing each quilt. The best part is the price is low and yet it’s not full of ads. The articles are always interesting and I read the magazine cover to cover .It’s like a new quilt book each time I receive it. Sometimes I put my magazine with a pattern/ kit and sometimes a friend borrows one for way too long! Lots of pattern options, precut options and lovely sample quilts, helps to get my creative side in gear. I learned to piece quilts from MSQC by following the simple directions. Helped me to venture out and challenge myself. I have watched the videos of Jenny and the gang and I will continue to do that but now, the Block Idea Book will give me something to read.
