Game freezes & the event/journey tab doesn’t do anything. NONE of the JOURNEYS WORK!! THE JOURNEY GAMES was the reason for me paying a monthly fee!!! You put out a new one every week and I have missed getting to play these so badly, I canceled my subscription. I played it every day and every event which were so fun! Sadly, a few months ago the events stopped working and after much hesitation, I finally deleted the app (and all my achievements in it) in the hopes to fix it and it still doesn’t work. Then one day, the events stopped working. I deleted the app, lost my points and reinstalled. The Event games still will not work. What happened? It keeps telling me there is a new game but when I select it there’s a countdown counter that never seems to hit 0 so you can play. I had lots of progress, then one day on the journey the start at level 1 won’t let me open it. So I deleted the app then reinstalled it. It worked for a few weeks it then stuck again. I lost all my progress i pay for no adds. Every time I get lots of coins it sticks. Again tonight 7/15/24 I don’t want to delete my progress again? 7/25/24 I have to delete this app again the journey event will not open again. I pay for no ads & coins they take my money but there is no support. This will be my last time playing this game.. ### 4/5 — confusing *2024-07-18* the game is good. there are problems bc there are no list of rules, instructions, or anywhere to contact the app support. doesn't exist. there are other little games within the main game & i like those, however for no reason, i'm offered to play when new ones start, but i cannot open the game... i press & press & try & try and nothing. it's really lame. also there's no explanation on how to play and what to do with the coins one collects. i figured out one reason accidentally... the proceeded to waste all of my coins bc i thought 1 coin was good for one game in being able to manipulate the direction of the game pieces i have... no. it's each time you change the direction. so lame. i'm not understanding what else i'm meant to do or other little details about the game. i was going to purchase the game, but i'm happy i tried to contact them first bc they don't exist - no contact info - so i'm not going to purchase anything that i don't know who is at the other end or who refuses to respond to many questions in my reviews that i erase after a while & leave new ones with each new issue i have. i'd avoid this game if you're hoping to have game support or anything. yes like ricky boy says - the events don't work. and often the sledgehammer goes off on its own and i dont press it. there are too many problems with this game and no game support which is why i can't buy it ... if this is fixed i will. ### 3/5 — good game - w some issues *2024-07-07* i'm really upset as i had 23-30 coins in my bank for use to change the blocks direction... just yesterday or day before. i worked really hard to build up my bank as i used my big amount i had saved last time. i just looked at my bank & my entire collection of coins was deleted stolen or something. that's totally unfair. cheating. i was going to purchase the app. now i won't be purchasing any app as there's no way to get help. the developers of this game are impossible to get help from. no way to contact them. if you don't mind a cheating game that randomly just deletes your scores and awards you earn. then this one is just that. how unfair to not allow people to get in touch with you regarding problems. ### 1/5 — 6-day Journeys won’t load *2024-07-06* Journeys won’t load, frozen on Level one. I have been cheated out of 150 points plus 50 reverses. Now the Daily Spins don’t work either!
