On level 56 there are two yellow bricks with no exit color. The it’s out enough coins you can’t smash them to remove them. The connected blocks can’t move a round them to pass through there corresponding colors. I enjoyed playing but now I can’t move on so I’ll delete the game and find something else to play. ### 2/5 — Impossible levels ruined it for me *2024-11-23* I was really enjoying this game, but then I made it level 47, which was -impossible- from what I could find. Then I got to level 51 and without paying money I literally cannot finish the level because there are blocks that are impossible to remove because they have no gate to exit from. Without hammering -twice- to clear out an impossible color you cannot win at all. ### 2/5 — Some of the boards are flawed *2024-11-20* I was really enjoying this game - currently stuck on level 296 because it’s not winnable. There are 2 yellow blocks and no yellow doors. This is the fifth or sixth time I have encountered a level where I was left with a block that didn’t have a corresponding color exit, but all of those times I had enough coins to smash the leftover. I’m all out now so I guess this is as far as I can go in the game. It’s too bad. ### 2/5 — Started Out Great Until… *2024-11-15* This could be a great puzzle game! I was really enjoying it. Loved that it wasn’t super easy and made you have to try hard to beat the clock. However, difficult is one, impossible is another. I got to Level 51 and it’s impossible to finish. There are two yellow blocks in the puzzle that have no exit. I kept hoping there’d be something that would trigger those blocks to change color but after playing the level over and over again I’ve cleared all the blocks out except the two yellow ones because there’s no yellow get to push them out of. Too bad! Updated edit: I tried to find another slide puzzle game as well done as this one in terms of creating challenging and clever puzzles. This is really the best I’ve found. It is SO unfortunate that the bugs, where you find color blocks that no have no matching color exit gates is a game stopper. So far I’ve only seen it happen on yellow blocks having no exits. And so far i can’t get past mid 50’s levels with no way to win the level or progress the game. I would love it if you guys manage to sort it out. If you do I’d love to be able to continue to play. ### 2/5 — Started Out Great Until… *2024-11-11* This could be a great puzzle game! I was really enjoying it. Too bad! ### 3/5 — bugs *2024-11-10* So, I actually like the update on this game, because the old version was way too easy and got boring quickly. I wish this version had an option to play with no time limit, but it’s not a huge deal. What IS a huge deal is that some of the levels seem to be impossible to pass. Level 51 has yellow blocks but no yellow exit. I read another review that reported the same issue for a different level. It seriously seems to be impossible. I can get rid of all of the other blocks, but the yellow ones have no place to go. ### 2/5 — Too many bugs - missing colors *2024-11-07* Great game, however there are multiple levels with a yellow block but no yellow exit hole. The only way to beat those levels is to use a booster, which isn’t right. If these bugs were to be fixed, this would be a very fun game. ### 3/5 — Level 51 *2024-11-07* It was actually a very great puzzle game that challenges your brain, that was until I came to level 51 and found that there are yellow blocks but no yellow slots. That needs to be fixed because I don’t want to have to rely on power ups to solve puzzles. ### 1/5 — Um, did you change the game last night? *2024-11-04* I played to level 521, competing to get below 40 on the leader board. This morning I was still on level 521, but the leader board is gone, and the puzzles are very different. The new puzzles are ok, but I really don’t like the time limit!! I feel that an ok game for which I paid has been ruined. I think I understand what has happened. My actual game is jelly jam; somehow block slide jam was released replacing the WRONG app. And now I am very unhappy. I discovered this when I looked on my old pad and saw I have jelly jam there, not block slide jam. Further I looked on the App Store to discover jelly jam isn’t there. This is theft. I will not interact with ANY popcore game until this is fairly resolved. ### 1/5 — What the … *2024-11-02* I’m totally confused. Did the game developers just change the game overnight? I couldn’t buy anything from the shop and was traveling so I waited to play when I got home. It still happened. So I deleted and was going to start game again but game was gone and all roads lead to this game, which is nowhere as good. And today they added an ad after every game, with no option to pay to eliminate ads. Now on level 51 there is no yellow gate to get rid of the yellow blocks. So you can’t go any further. Unfortunately I will be deleting this new game as I don’t like it nearly as much. ### 1/5 — Completely Changed *2024-10-31* I’ve been addicted to this game lately. Well overnight they did some kind of update and it literally completely changed the gameplay. It’s not even close to the same game as it was previously and I don’t like it. Bring back the old version this makes no sense. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Level 56 is unsolvable *2025-01-01* Loved this game until I reached level 56. There is no way to solve it, it is designed very poorly. There are color blocks with no exit for the color blocks. There’s one three cube length orange black locked to a two block pink block and even if I was able to clear other blocks, there is no physical way that the orange block can get over to the panel with the orange exit based off of the set structures that don’t move in the level. They give you colored blocks that you can’t pass through anything. For instance they give you yellow blocks but no yellow for them to pass through. No way to purchase!! no answers 😡 *2024-11-21* I don’t understand this game… You reach certain levels that there is no way to be without a hammer, but there is no way to obtain hammers. There doesn’t seem to be any way to purchase coins and there’s no way to get more coins without completing levels, but you can’t complete the level without a hammer! What is the deal here? Why is there a restore purchases button in the settings, but apparently no way to make any purchases??!! Also apparently you never read your reviews or answer. Any questions either in the reviews or on your developer website. ### 1/5 — Was fun but now unplayable at 186 with no yellow exit *2024-11-20* This game was fun and challenging, even after the redesign a few weeks ago until I reached level 186. There is no yellow exit and no way to win the level. If you could replay old levels then this could still be a fun app. Right now it’s worthless since I can not go forwards or backwards, just stuck on 186. ### 1/5 — Busted *2024-11-20* Loved the game up to level 51. It was the first level where they gave you blocks that do not have any corresponding exits. There are 2 yellow block with no yellow exits. You have to use in-game coins to make them disappear but, of course, you quickly run out of coins and there are more levels with stuck blocks than you “earn” coins completing. ### 1/5 — Fix it *2024-11-07* I love this game and would give it a five star. But when you get to level 186 it’s impossible to win because it has no yellow opening please fix it. It makes me doubt the dev’s practices overall. ### 1/5 — Bring back Jelly Jam Match 3D *2024-11-04* I went to bed Friday night after playing a few ‘Jelly Jam’ games. When I went to play on Saturday I saw the name changed to ‘Block Slide Jam’. When I opened up the app it was a completely new game, but it was on level 139 where I left off with ‘jelly jam’. It didn’t even start me off at level 1 so I could lean how the new game works. Bring back ‘Jelly Jam Match 3D’! It was my favorite game. Then I could have downloaded this new game as an additional game and start playing it at level one. As it is, ‘Block Slide Jam’ will be deleted. Terrible way to treat your customers. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Fun until level 56 *2024-12-05* A pretty decent sliding block puzzle, most levels pretty easy, but you have to be speedy to beat the timer. Then comes level 51. If you have saved all your coins you have 1160, which is enough to smash the two impossible yellow bricks at 240 each. And next comes level 56, with 780 coins, two yellow bricks to smash, and orange and purple piece to smash, and still need to break another piece, so end of the line for me. Not sure how to buy more coins … In any case lots of potential here, but seems some more development work needed unless Im missing something. ### 5/5 — old & new versions are both excellent games *2024-11-20* i’m going to miss the old version but am enjoying the new version and how challenging it is the old version was good it was really unique and the challenging levels were perfectly challenging and it was very creative game play..
