That is how they did to me two weeks ago. After paying their loan, they still want ahead to redraw extra money from my access account with my details. The same happened again today which is 25th of November 2024 at 19:10pm, I made a transaction of 4800 naira, it was unsuccessful and they still took the money from my account without delivered it or refund it back to my BlockaCash account. I have made a complaint but they ignored me.
