Allows you to make routines with apps of when they are and aren’t blocked perfect for increasing productivity, I wish I could block more apps for free though and set more times for apps to be blocked then just one

In mere minutes, I had everything I needed blocked or unblocked, and I’ve been more productive ever since! My main temptation and distraction has always been fascinating texts from friends and family, and then I feel I have to respond ASAP, even when I have other things going on. Putting my phone aside works great—except when I need my workout app, my alarm app, my work phone app, my food app, and many other things. Now I can still access those without seeing the texts until I’m ready.
