Tenía descargada esta app en mi antiguo celular con la credencial añadida de mi universidad. Sin embargo, cambié de celular y cuando volví a descargar la app y anoté mi frase contraseña me dice que es incorrecta y ya no puedo entrar. Podrían ayudarme con esto porfavor

Hi, I installed the app and it didn’t asked me for my password phrase or words, the app just went directly to a new one and now I can’t log out or something to recover my ex account even thought I have my password phrase. I tried deleting the app and all the data but every time I re install the app from the App Store it has the account that your app made giving me no other option to log in into my true account where I had my university as an emisor.

Yo tampoco me acordaba de mi contraseña o frase solo descarga la app y ponle que eres usuario nuevo luego importa la credencial que te envío tu universidad por correo es una invitación, y listo te va a aparecer tu titulo de nuevo
