App is extremely easy to use and makes kicking bad habits effortless. Before I can open any social media in the morning, I have to get up and out of bed to scan an NFC tag so I don’t end up scrolling for an hour. You could do this just as easy with a QR code. The location feature has been immensely useful to quit scrolling when I’m supposed to be studying at the library. Until this app, I had a real problem watching adult content at work. Essential app for anyone trying to gain control over the addictiveness of modern day social media. 10/10.

Lowkirkenuinely one of the best apps to help u lock in, i get distracted really easily so this really helps and you can’t get any better than this. i swear i blocked like 5 of my most distracting apps and every time i go to open it always lets me know that i am in the middle of locking in and i can’t afford to get distracted. got my life put together from this!!
