I purchased the lifetime Premium plan last year, but I still don’t have access to the Premium features on my phone. I also tried logging in again on my phone and computer, but the app is asking me to purchase Premium again. I’ve tried contacting your support team, but the contact page in the app is blocked, so I haven’t been able to reach anyone. But too often the app is unstable, or just shuts down, or disconnects, or whatever it is doing. So then it allow you to get into sites that you had blocked. Then you have to contact Support or as just recently, it said my session had expired and I had to login. I never log out, so why did the session expire? It makes no sense. These types of things, it just suddenly not working, is the case on my Windows computer and my Apple phone. I bought the lifetime plan, but at this point, it won’t be lasting me a lifetime, that’s for sure. If this keeps up, I’m going to have to get a new app. **Developer response:** Hi! First on android and then on iPhone. I think on android it is harder to turn the blocker off and I like it, but on iPhone it’s very easy and I wanted to change the buddy to have some extra locker by adding a friend and it doesn’t allow me to do so on iPhone. When the urge hits to watch porn you can simply open setting app and take away the screen time access from the app and watch whatever you want. Even when you create a shortcut to stop yourself from accessing setting app it will not work because you can bypass shortcut by long pressing WiFi settings in control panel and again take the screen time access from the app and watch whatever you want. They should have first made a tamper proof system and then only asked for the money. I had added my buddies email address. Am I sent over 100 messages to my buddy to unlock my phone but he has not received any of the emails. I saw literally with my buddy I sent emails while looking at his email address and nothing has been showing up. It makes it difficult for you to access apps and websites that has been blocked especially when you tell your accountability partner not to approve any request being sent no matter what. I’d give them a 5 star for making access to these websites and apps difficult. And yes you have to enable the settings to implement the stringent blocks.. like preventing uninstall of the app.(one more thing.. if you prevent uninstall of the app, other apps will not uninstall too unless you remove the protection.. coz I had an issue where I wanted to delete an app from my phone and I couldn’t delete the app, took me a long time to discover that the reason is because the BlockerX app has uninstall protection.. which also was spread to other apps. Asides that it has been a great one..
