What’s worse, at the end of day 5 the app would not let me cancel my subscription. On the “Allow”page, the instructions don’t make any sense. I put in the email address that Verizon uses to communicate with users and the box says “Block” instead of “Allow”. Why would Verizon be on a block list anyhow? Is this app some kind of scam? I would not pay a dime for this. ### 4/5 — Rs12659 *2025-08-03, version 1.45* I have only been on it one day and I love being able to block all the most used phrases in one place but the last 2 I cannot get to to delete from the list because it doesn’t scroll down that far. I guess because of all the instructions at the top. I deleted the ones I didn’t feel I needed blocked but the ones under the # sign I cannot get to and mark to delete. Also at the top of the page it has block on the left and allow on the right but if you hit edit and mark any it doesn’t let you allow them or change let you move from block to allow it stays on block. Am I doing something wrong? Otherwise seems to be working great. I also wish I could copy the blocked or names and numbers I have already saved to paste onto blocker. ### 3/5 — Used to work *2025-07-18* When I first installed it it seemed to okay. Then for some reason it was blocking texts from my doctors and their clinics. There doesn’t seem to be anyway to “pause” the protection so for a few months while needed to correspond with said doctors and clinics I had to delete the app. Since reinstalling it seems to being letting 20%-30% of texts with the key words through. I emailed the Help address that they give twice and no one responded.
