Give your time to what matters. Blocks is a private time budget and activity timer for iPhone and Apple Watch. Choose an activity, start the timer, and spend your week with intention — one block at a time.

START A BLOCK
Open Today, pick an activity, and go. Blocks keeps counting while you use other apps or put your phone down. Pause, resume, or stop from your iPhone, Apple Watch, Lock Screen, widget, Control Center, or the Dynamic Island.

BUDGET YOUR WEEK
Set how much discretionary time you genuinely control each week, then divide it among the things you care about. Blocks shows where your plan meets reality without forcing every hour into a rigid calendar.

SEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES
Explore 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, and yearly insights. Compare tracked time with your budget, spot patterns, and export your history to CSV for Numbers or your favorite analysis tool.

SCREEN TIME — OPTIONAL
Choose apps, categories, or websites in Apple's Screen Time picker to compare scrolling with the time you intentionally tracked. Blocks uses individual Family Controls authorization, never blocks or limits an app or website, keeps its scrolling insights on device, and includes this feature free.

WORKS WHERE YOU DO
Start and control blocks from iPhone or Apple Watch, even when the watch is offline. Keep the current block close with Live Activities, Dynamic Island, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Control Center, and watch complications.

APPLE HEALTH — OPTIONAL AND READ ONLY
Optionally read workout duration and sleep analysis from Apple Health. Blocks never writes to Health or uploads Health data. A CSV export can include sleep only when you explicitly turn that option on; it is off by default, and workouts are never exported.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your activity names, notes, sessions, Screen Time selections and Health data stay on your devices. No account, no email, no cloud sync, no ads, and no third-party tracking SDKs or data brokers. Optional first-party product analytics use anonymous counts and can be turned off — and deleted — in Settings.

FREE TO USE
Every feature is included for up to five active activities. Blocks Unlimited is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that removes that limit for $2.99/month in the U.S. You can cancel in your App Store subscription settings.

Counters — for the things worth recording but not timing. One tap on Today logs
an occurrence; each counter shows the days it happened, how many times, and a day
grid across every range, with an optional Face ID lock and its own CSV export.
Three are included on the free plan.

Siri and Shortcuts: "Start Reading in Blocks", "Stop my block in Blocks."

You can now fix the start time of a block that's still running without stopping
it, and turn on a reminder for a block that has run longer than you meant.

Mindful minutes from Apple Health count toward an activity, alongside workouts
and sleep.

Plus a Today summary header, and fixes to the 1Y chart, the Library empty state,
CSV import notes, and the widget's week rollover.
