## What is BlockUp?

Earn your screen time by moving.

BlockUp puts Apple’s system shield on apps you pick. Do real push-ups with the front camera to earn minutes. Spend them and the shield lifts while you use the app. Time counts down only while that app is open.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps to lock.
2. Open one. The shield appears.
3. Open BlockUp. Get in frame. Do the reps. Each rep adds one minute.
4. Spend the tank. Switch back to the app.
