It stands out for its intuitive, simple, and clear design, allowing users to customize settings in various ways. The ability to track time flow and manage tasks in 15-minute intervals is something that you can appreciate more as you use it, reflecting a wealth of experience in its design. However, there are a few things I hope to see improved: First, while manual synchronization is possible through iCloud backup, I would love to see full synchronization capabilities. Like “university” and “work” as productive, “chores” and “food” as routine and so on. So that in the statistics I can see if I was being productive or not. Also it could be possible to make two tasks at the same time, but it might bring too much complexity in there. It’s been years since I first used this, and there is STILL no other app on the App Store like this. Best in its class, no comparison. Huge kudos and thanks to the developer. I especially love how opinionated the Help and Settings pages are, while also giving you the option to change the settings. It tries to dissuade you from changing its settings, convincingly! My mind absorbs things better when it can visualize it, and this app lets me do that with ease! I can quickly highlight blocks of time, group them by color and tag, and quickly see at a glance where my unstructured or free time is, and where I can cut back. It’s been crucial in helping me avoid procrastination by being able to lay out not only today, but what’s coming up. I've tried many different methods to log my day such as Excel, Google docs, iOS shortcuts etc but this app takes the cake! I live that there isn't automatic backup to iCloud. EXCEPT.. Everything that I want to be spending my time doing I put in the activity types list and it helps a ton. IMO Atimetracker is better for tracking but this is a really special app for planning my free time or picking what I want to do. TimeFinder is also good for this. BlockyTime and TimeFinder are genuinely changing my life.
