Horrible for Spot. Spot is the reason I wrote this review. Orders barely get filled at your price and while price action is at your targeted price. ### 4/5 — Alerts! Finally *2025-11-02* So happy they finally added price alerts—-that was the main thing sorely missing from this otherwise very good trading platform. SUGGESTION: it would be amazing if we were able to add notes to our alerts—no exchanges seem to allow this!! NOW, if they could only adjust their bandwidth so that transactions wouldn’t time out during heavy price action!! I missing out on greater profits during the recent 20% BTC dive….wouldn’t let me close my short at the bottom until it had already started to recover—sale kept timing out until BTC was a couple thousand higher. It is the worst price action fights against trades in profit and makes it very difficult to be profitable. The price lag is probably the farthest behind all other exchanges, and never matches the real price. Please send the details of your issue along with your UID to support@blofin.com, and our team will follow up as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — The worst exchange I have ever used *2025-09-11, version 3.16.0* Complicated fees, hidden fees, feed to enter a trade, feed on your profit, feed on the close, feed on a loss, lagging entries, the least transparent exchange on the market. You are better off going to something like bybit. Never trading my funds on this platform again. Don’t even get me started on the support team. ### 1/5 — Logged out always *2025-09-11, version 3.16.0* I keep getting logged out sort it out mate it’s getting annoying always having to login everytime I go on the app ### 1/5 — Untrustworthy & Blocking Withdrawals *2025-08-26, version 3.15.0* I do not recommend BloFin. They block withdrawals with unreasonable “video only” requirements instead of accepting standard proof like TXIDs or bank/PDF statements. Customer support closes tickets without resolution and makes it nearly impossible to speak with a real compliance officer. I lost access to my funds despite providing full documentation. Until BloFin allows industry-standard withdrawals and real support, I strongly warn others to avoid this app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Warning *2026-06-21* If you are getting this to margin trade. I warn you. When you buy its starts you like 10% in the red immediately. Also their buy and sell triggers don’t work ever. Stop losses are just bypassed completely or buy orders to cover downtrends are filled 2% of what I would put in. Therefore I’d be liquidated with plenty of money in there for back up. You can’t EVER have a position go your way anymore on this exchange. As soon as your trade is in the green it goes back into red. When you change positions it goes back up again. Kinda suspicious when you go long or short and the market trades against you. Yes I understand volatility but why does it react to whatever direction I am trading? Because the game is rigged. No point in using this app if all it’s going to do is liquidate you everytime. I can find better ways to waste my money. Don’t give your money to these people they have it rigged for sure. Wouldn’t be surprised if Donald Trump is somehow behind it with all his insider trading. I used to make money on these exchanges now all it ever does it take from me. I’m not sure what the problem is.
