App refuses to download stops at 73%. Deleted several times and reinstalled. Tried on different devices with same results. Granddaughter very upset. Developer shows no updates in last couple years.

Downloaded app on four different devices for the Dino download to 27% before it stops and says retry. Then keeps cycling like that until manually shut down the app. No support in app either.

it makes me feel the people behind this are either not competent, or don’t are about their products AND their customer.. as a conséquence, I not feeeling very confident site the quality overall
