I played it for a while when it first came out, then a few weeks ago I tried to load it up and it is stuck on authenticating with error message saying “service unavailable”. Tried restarting phone, offloading, reinstalling and on tried on an iPad too and still the same.  All devices are on latest iOS.?? Update: added an extra star in appreciation of developer response. I can’t use in-app support because it won’t load but will try the link.

On an iPhone 14, and this game with NONADJUSTABLE SETTINGS looks and runs like trash. Yet another disappointment Netflix game release. Runs worse than mobile Roblox.

Game froze at authentication screen and just show a big box with red outline.  No other message given.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.  I am still able to play other netflix games without issue.  What a waste since this game looked promising
